If your DVD is defective (this is rare), please contact us within 30 days at 888-417-0001 or email support@gozillaflix.com to obtain an RMA number. We will quickly get you a replacement. All orders may be returned for replacement only if the product is defective.  All sales are final. Due to the nature of electronic media, no refunds on any shipped orders.
